We are people who want better, more environmentally friendly food on campus and who want a sense of community!
While giving away food last week at the Fall Sustainability Festival we were asked over and over again where are we located on campus! Nice to meet you! I'm new to ecoBrand. I'm beginning to build a small green home business in the Boulder City area. One of the things I'm looking forward to in the future is also creating a green website (tips, articles, recipes, interviews, products, etc.). We're having an exciting meeting tomorrow night at the Henderson Multi-generational Center. It's all about greening your home and ridding it (and the world) of toxic chemicals. Often the meetings are standing room only and they are a great place to network! We'd love to have you. E-mail me (jandlexcel@cox.net) and I'll send the flyer with all the details if you can’t see my attachment. Hope to see you there!
P.S. Would love to add you as a friend
P.S.1 One of the businesses I'm involved in is a massage franchise, but all green and environmentally friendly (from the building materials to the oils used) and the other is complete home cleaning with 100% green, recyclable products

I am looking for a place that is near Waste Managements Reno transfer station for convenience to the commercial landscape businesses currently using this option to dispose of their clients landscape waste. The floodplain area north of the airport is one place I am to considering. I am also looking into the equipment needs to run this kind of operation.
Tractors and other material handling machinery, shredders for reducing the size of woody material, bins for worm and windrow composting, water, and other machines as the need arises.
Depending on the volume of raw material, I want to have a salable composting product for the Reno Sparks market. There will be a fee for commercial dumping, ie: landscape gardeners, but not for a non profit like your organization. I am currently looking for assistance with business planning. Good luck with your project and thank you for your interest in my business idea. Peace! Charley
I saw that you are looking for a green-consumer oriented products. You should come and check it out.
Good Luck!
Welcome...good to see you here. I'm looking forward to working with you on the UNR Sustainability committee if you're interested. Let me know if you're in need of any help launching the cafe...that's a great idea!
Cheers,
Larry
