Unwanted computer and electonic recycling

I was wondering what to do with my 15 year old broken fax machine. I keep thinking someday I'll fix it....but then I saw that the Blind Center is collecting unwanted computer and electronic equipment for recycling on Saturday, January 17 from 9am to 1pm in the Wal-Mart Super Center parking lot in Henderson, behind In-N-Out. The Blind Center is a non-profit and they are great people! They are accepting computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, servers, toners and cell phones.… Continue

GreenerVegas.org in the News!

Greener Vegas, a nonprofit organization working to help local businesses go green, was featured in an article in In Business, Las Vegas, a Greenspun Media Group publication.
The article is about their Paper for Schools Challenge, a paper drive to benefit area schools. Through Jan. 15, Greener Vegas will collect cases and reams of unused paper to donate to area educators. You can read the full article here:

Green Drinks Las Vegas a great time!

It was a night that ended too soon. Great food, great friends, and green! Michelle and Anne hosted a fun Green Drinks evening mixer Thursday night, Jan. 8, held at the G3reen Outlet at the Arts Factory in downtown Las Vegas' Arts District.
