About Me
Hello ecoBrand members and guests! I recently joined a newly formed company based in Henderson named SEA Groups Ltd. Our company will concentrate on products that utilize Solar Energy Applications. Just wanted to let you know that we take your dead batteries down to IKEA to be recycled! Start saving them, instead of trashing them, and we'll take them on our next trip!

I am so sorry. I forgot that I had this site and never checked it. Yes, we are on South Eastern, 9550 to be exact. Stop in sometime. If I know anyone in the market for a solar water heater, I definitely will refer you.

Hi Ken

Nice to meet you! I'm new to ecoBrand. I'm beginning to build a small green home business in the Boulder City area. One of the things I'm looking forward to in the future is also creating a green website (tips, articles, recipes, interviews, products, etc.). We're having an exciting meeting tomorrow night at the Henderson Multi-generational Center. It's all about greening your home and businesses and ridding it (and the world) of toxic chemicals. Often the meetings are standing room only and they are a great place to network! We'd love to have you. E-mail me (jandlexcel@cox.net) and I'll send the flyer with all the details. Hope to see you there!

Hey Ken,
Have you set a date, yet, where I can see your products? I'd like to schedule a time, when you can see what we have to offer, as well.

Hi Ken, Tara,
I feel bad for missing the call today but I had something urgent that needed to get out this morning. I'm looking forward to the next call and getting to meet more people who can hopefully help on the Habitat project and others like it. Thanks! Rick

Hey Ken -

Thanks for the welcome!

V2G has been demonstrated in several areas, including Washington DC. Google has been promoting it in their "Recharge-It program as have the first commercial entity, AC Propulsion, in the LA area. I believe Austin Energy in Texas is into it as well. I'm going to be working up a white paper on the topic over the next few weeks.

By far, though, most people, even on the inside of grid operations, have no clue about V2G technology. We are currently working with local officials on EV public charging stations but we also hope to broaden the conversation to include V2G (at least a demonstration) and eventually Renewable Energy Payments (REPs - known as feed-in tariffs in Europe) to robustly incentivize the rapid adoption of decentralized renewable energy projects in Nevada.

I'm kinda dancing around Sierra Pacific on all that trying to figure out how best to nudge them in the right direction. Likely going to contact a legislator next week about all this too. See if we can get something going at the state level in legislative session after this coming one.

Cheers,
Bob

Thanks for the welcome. I worked for about 4 years with KC Maintenance. In that time I became very proficient in a lot of fields. I laid floor tile, installed drywall, light plumbing, light electrical work, painting and stucco, and ceiling grid installs. I did so much more, but my interests now are taking what I learned back then and applying it in a green way. If you have an opportunity for me to do that I would be very interested in hearing about it.

Hi Ken!

Hope all is going well! Please let me know if you're available next week for lunch. So glad to see you using the site and connecting with other members - that's exactly what Project ecoBrand is about.

Best,
Tara

Ken,

Thanks for the note. I look forward to learning more about your products and intention. Know that if you are looking for non-profit education support or programs in Nevada, our intention is to foster education about sustainable living practices and renewable energy.

Look forward to talking more,
Leah

The Growth Of Green Marketing
