Hello Chef Mayra,
I beleive we met at a function hosted by XL Events because you look very familiar and I usually listen to my instinct when a person is 'very' familiar. If not, I hope so then. I have, in the last twelve months shifted my diet to only vegetables and occasionaly fish and must say that I have at least three times the energy and stamnia than when meat and poultry were a regular part of my diet.

I'd love to try a new receipe. . . cooking mainly with vegetables has presented some chalenges at first, but now it has become a welcome chalenge to be more creative and fun.
